Edge Hill United is a proud community football club based in Cairns, Queensland, affectionately known as the home of the Tigers since 1967. Founded on the dedication and passion of countless players, families, coaches, volunteers, and sponsors, EHUFC is far more than a club—it’s a close-knit family.
We welcome players of all ages and abilities in an inclusive environment, providing clear pathways from our youngest Tiger Cubs to our Senior Premier teams. Our facilities include three full-size pitches, fully equipped canteen and bar amenities, dedicated male and female change and shower rooms, referee facilities, and top-quality club equipment to support our members' football journey.

Our teams give their all on the pitch, training hard and representing the club with pride, both in competition and beyond. The success of our sides speaks to the deep culture of player growth, teamwork, and the invaluable support of our dedicated volunteers who keep the club running.
As a not-for-profit community organisation powered by an army of volunteers, we have something for everyone—from Tiger Cubs, offering a fun and friendly introduction to football for 3-5 year olds, right through to Senior Premiers Men and Women, where players compete in a highly skilled and physically demanding environment. Whether just starting out or playing at the top level, every member finds their place in our Tiger family.
